Privacy Policy
This policy covers nofilterbot.com. It is written for an uncensored chatbot, which means the messages people send here are often ones they would not send to a filtered product. We treat them as private account data, not as something to sell.
What we store
- Your name, email, and a hash of your password. We do not store the password itself.
- Your chats, the titles, the optional system note, the persona you picked, and the model settings for that thread.
- How many tokens you have used this month, your plan, and whether you accepted these terms.
- Square’s customer id, subscription id, and card id. Square holds the card number. We never see the full card.
- If you are on Premium, a hash and a short prefix of your API key. The full key is shown once, then only the hash remains.
If you sign in with Google or X, those companies tell us the identity they already have for you. We do not get your password for those accounts.
What a message is used for
When you send a chat, the text of that conversation is sent to the model server so it can write the reply. That server is there to generate the answer. We do not use your chats to advertise to you, and we do not sell them to data brokers.
An API call from your own app is handled the same way. The messages in the request go to the model, and the token count is charged to the Premium account that owns the key.
Who else sees it
Square sees the payment. The model host sees the prompt it has to answer. The host that serves the site sees ordinary request logs, such as an IP address, which we use to slow down login and payment floods. We do not publish your chats. We will disclose data if the law forces us to, or to stop abuse of the service.
Other users cannot read your threads. A conversation is loaded only for the account that owns it.
How long it stays
Chats and the account stay until you delete them or you ask us to delete the account. Token totals are kept by month so the allowance can be enforced. Payment records stay as long as we need them for taxes and disputes. You can download a thread as a text file from the chat itself.
Children
NoFilterBot is for adults. We do not want accounts for anyone under 18, and we do not want data about children. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will close it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is not an advertising cookie. If you block it, the chat will not know who you are.
The terms
Use of the service is also covered by the Terms of Service. If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change, and continued use after that is acceptance of the new version.
