What this is

NoFilterBot is a private text chat. The model is built to answer without the lecture, the refusal, or the sanded-down rewrite you get from ordinary assistants. It will discuss adult, rude, uncomfortable, and fictional topics that other products block.

That is a product choice, not a promise that every answer is true, safe, or a good idea. The model is not a person, not your lawyer, doctor, accountant, or therapist, and not an authority on the law. It can be wrong, and it can sound sure while it is wrong.

You have to be an adult

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the chat. The service is not for children. Do not send us information about a child, and do not use someone else’s age to get in.

Your words, your responsibility

You are responsible for what you type and for what you do with the reply. Uncensored does not mean the law stops applying to you. If you use an answer to break the law, that is on you, not on the fact that the model was willing to talk.

You will not use NoFilterBot to:

• Create, request, or store sexual content involving anyone under 18, including fictional depictions.
• Plan or carry out violence against a real person, or stalk, dox, or extort someone.
• Commit fraud, hack an account you do not own, or traffic anything the law forbids.
• Attack this service, probe it for other people’s chats, or share your login.
• Resell access, except that a Premium subscriber may call the API from their own application within that plan’s token limit.

We can refuse a message, close an account, or keep the record of a violation when we have to. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of a month that already started, except where the law says otherwise.

Plans, tokens, and cards

Free includes a monthly token allowance. Plus, Pro, and Premium are monthly subscriptions charged by Square. A top-up is a one-time charge for extra tokens in the current month. It does not change your plan. Tokens reset on the monthly cycle and do not roll over. Unused tokens are not cash.

A paid plan starts only after Square actually collects the charge. A declined card does not put you on that plan. You can cancel renewal from the plans page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices can change for later periods. We will say so on the plans page before a new charge uses a new price.

Premium includes an API key for your own app. The key uses the same monthly allowance as the chat. You keep the key secret. If it leaks, revoke it. We store only a hash of the key, not the key itself, after you copy it.

The service can change

The model, the allowances, and the features can change. Image generation is not part of the product today. We can suspend the service for maintenance, abuse, or because the model host is down. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

No warranty, and a limit on claims

The service is provided as is. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for what you do with an answer, for a reply that is wrong, or for lost profits. If we are liable anyway, the limit is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is whatever the law still allows.
